Sometimes I am a bit embarrassed being blessed with hilarious friends who are just wonderful people that have to hang out with a boring guy like me.
One of these friends is Rob Pepper, an artist from London, part of the Doxology team and one of the funniest guys I know. Check out his latest gag:
Within an hour of meeting Don Chaffer in Toronto on the 6 April he had found out that I had a very special skill. He learned in a discussion with Frank Couch (Executive Producer of all of the Voice ) that I had the ability to do a headstand. Not only can I do a headstand but I can also do it whilst in the Full Lotus position. Don then challenged me to one day to this ontop of Mt Everest whilst doing a Conscious Reflex Drawing. Not being near the Himalayas (because of course if we were then I would be straight up there) we then set about trying to find a Mt Everest in Middle America. With a week and a bus surely we could find one in the Arkansas. Sadly not.
Two days after finishing the tour whilst in Austin, Texas I pull up to our friends Christy & Andy Hodgson house noticing that they live on Everest Lane………..
For the drawing and the video check out his blogpost.

The seasons remind me that I must keep changing, and I want to change because it is God’s way. All my life I have been changing. I changed from a baby to a child, from soft toys to play daggers. I changed into a teenager to drive a car, into a worker to spend some money. I will change into a husband to love a woman, into a father to love a child, change houses so we are near water, and again, so we are near mountains, and again so we are near friends, keep chaning with my wife, getting our love so it dies and gets born again and again, like a garden, fed by four seasons, a cycle of change. Everybody has to change, or they expire. Everybody has to leave, everybody has to leave their home and come back so they can love it again for all new reasons.
Don Miller, Through Painted Deserts
Maybe I feel so alive because so much has changed for me this year and still is…

I spend the last week in Cologne with Micha and Dorle, two friends of mine who are working for 24-7prayer Germany. Micha and I worked on the new 24-7prayer website and optimized a tone of stuff. Micha and Dorle have gathered a group of twentysomethings in Cologne. I met them on wednesday night and was asked to giva a little input. Well, I didn’t know what to talk about so I just shared some stories from my own life. I really like these guys because they didn’t let me know how bad my input was. I’m looking forward to coming back to Cologne because they are in the process of buying something like a third place for the group.
In between working sessions I met with people who have read my diploma thesis and have contacted me through about working together. I’m really excited to see where this is going and which projects might make it into existence.
